Hypnotherapy is a completely natural process of using relaxation and positive suggestions to help you to make changes in how you deal with habits, feelings and situations. It can help with confidence, reduce anxiety and help with personal goals such as stopping smoking, losing weight and being able to cope better in difficult situations.
Hypnosis sessions are charged at £50.00 per session.

Smoking Cessation Hypnosis / Hypnosis Quit Smoking!
My single Stop Smoking session is highly successful in helping people like you to become a non smoker. The session takes around 90-120 minutes and you will be given a follow up cd for you to listen to at home. My Single Stop Smoking Session costs £100, with a free "top-up" session available within 3 months of the original session if required.

Reflexology
Reflexology is an extremely effective pressure point therapy
applied to the feet or hands. It works by inducing deep relaxation, and
restoring balance to the body's systems, which some believe, can trigger
healing responses and the correction of imbalances which have lead to
disease and illness.
Anyone can benefit from reflexology treatments, however if you are suffering
from deep vein thrombosis, internal bleeding or a notifiable condition,
treatments cannot be carried out by your therapist. Caution is also given
for clients in the first trimester of pregnancy or those with a history of
unstable pregnancy.
You will be asked to read and sign my consent form prior to receiving an
reflexology.
Each session takes around 50-60 minutes and costs £25.00
(£100 for 5 sessions if paid in advance)
Your first session will take around 90 minutes to include a full
consultation prior to treatment
