Hypnotherapy or hypnosis is wonderful for the treatment of stress and anxiety in that it is a very relaxing experience in its own right.
If non-objective anxiety continues for any length of time, some people experience panic attacks, which are extreme stress responses, described often as "fight or flight" syndrome and are highly unpleasant.
My anxiety hypnosis, stress hypnosis and panic attack hypnosis sessions are focussed on your specific issues and can quickly help with relief from panic attacks, anxiety and all kinds of stress.
Most clients experience some immediate relief of their symptoms and often go on to surprise themselves as they learn new tools and techniques to deal with difficult situations.
When people ask me how many sessions they need to relieve stress and anxiety, I have to tell them that it is as many as they feel they need. Many people find they are coping better after a single session, whereas some return for several sessions and learn self hypnosis.
Many clients are surprised at how quickly they find themselves dealing more
confidently with people, situations and any thing they have to face in their
daily lives.
